SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly experienced and meticulous individual to fill the position of Executive Housekeeper. The role involves overseeing the daily cleaning and maintenance of the home to ensure that all areas are pristine and well-organized. Key responsibilities include managing laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care for family members, coordinating with vendors and service providers for specialized tasks, and developing and implementing effective cleaning schedules and protocols. The candidate will also manage inventory management for cleaning supplies and household items.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a private home environment. A strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products is essential, along with excellent organizational and time management skills. The role requires an individual who can work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
To be successful in this position, candidates must demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly home, exhibit a proactive approach to managing tasks, ensure that all aspects of the household are handled with the utmost care and efficiency and be flexible to accommodate changing schedules and tasks as needed.. RESONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the home, ensuring all areas are immaculate and well-organized.
Manage laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care for family members.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for specialized cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Support an inventory of cleaning supplies and household items, ordering as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Provide exceptional service and support to family members and guests.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, in a private home.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
Is discrete and holds confidentiality in high regard.
Flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and tasks.
